What is permanent lighting?

Permanent lighting is a professionally installed LED track system that runs along your roofline and stays up year-round. You control colors, patterns, and schedules from an app instead of hanging lights every season.

Will I see the lights during the day?

Barely. The track is color-matched to your home and mounted low-profile, so it blends into the roofline and hides the wiring. At night, yours is the house people slow down to look at.

Can I control the lights from my phone?

Yes. Colors, scenes, zones, and schedules all live in the app, and you can control them from anywhere, even another state. Automatic schedules mean you can also leave it alone.

How much does permanent lighting cost?

It depends on your roofline length, layout, number of stories, and design. We start with a free design consultation, then give you a custom quote. There’s no obligation.

What happens if a light goes out?

Your system is covered by a 5-year warranty, and our local team handles service. If something needs attention, call us. You won’t need a ladder.

Will my HOA approve it?

Most HOAs approve permanent lighting because it’s hard to spot during the day and can run plain white at night. We provide the design details and documentation your board needs and help you through approval.

Can I install it myself?

We don’t recommend it. A good result depends on precise layout, mounting, wiring, weatherproofing, and app setup. Done right, the system looks built in. Our crew handles all of it.

Will it hold up to desert heat?

Yes. GLOMO systems are built for intense sun, triple-digit summers, dust, and monsoon rain. We use heat-rated LEDs good for 50,000 hours on and UV-stable materials, so the system keeps working season after season.
