GLOMO Permanent Lighting

Privacy Policy

Last updated September 28, 2026

This policy explains what information GLOMO Permanent Lighting collects on glomolights.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the service you are interested in, and any message you add.

When you browse the site, our analytics and advertising tools record which pages you visit, the links and buttons you use, your approximate location (from your IP address), and your device and browser type. They use cookies and similar technology to do this.

How we use it

We use your quote request to contact you, schedule your design consultation, and prepare your quote. Requests are stored in Jobber, the software we use to run our jobs and customer records.

We use browsing data to see how people find and use the site, so we can improve it and measure whether our advertising works.

Analytics and advertising tools

Google Analytics tells us how visitors use the site. Google’s privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

The Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API report visits and quote requests to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) so we can measure and improve our ads. When you submit a quote request, we send Meta your email, phone, name, and location in hashed (scrambled) form so it can match the request to an ad. You can control ad personalization at facebook.com/adpreferences.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with the service providers named above (Jobber, Google, and Meta) and with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to run the site and our business. Sharing browsing data with Meta for ad measurement may count as “sharing” under California law; you can ask us to stop at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop sharing it for advertising. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of their information. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
